      Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

      Compensation: $18.00 (DOE)

      Position Summary:

      The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms such as META, TikTok, and Google Ads. This position coordinates social media content, analyzes advertising and survey data, and supports community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with the ability to transform insights into strategy and content that drives engagement and supports the Aquarium’s mission to inspire people to explore, discover, and learn about Earth’s diverse ecosystems.

      Institution Summary:

      At Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, we bring Earth’s ecosystems to life. Since opening our Draper facility in 2014, we have welcomed over 9 million visitors and provided educational experiences to more than 650,000 students. With a major expansion underway, we’re on track to become the largest aquarium in the Mountain West and one of the top five in the country.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Digital Advertising:
        • Oversee, monitor, and execute all digital ad campaigns on META, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
        • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
        • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize for performance.
        • Monitor ad budgets and performance metrics daily to ensure campaigns are on track to meet goals.
      • Reporting and Analysis:
        • Generate regular, detailed reports on key advertising metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
        • Present findings and data-driven recommendations to the marketing and creative teams to inform future campaign strategies.
        • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and social media.
      • Customer Insights:
        • Manage and oversee the company's Survey Monkey account.
        • Develop, implement, and monitor customer surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights.
        • Analyze survey data and create comprehensive reports for the marketing and leadership teams.
      • Community Engagement:
        • Maintain and regularly update our community calendars with company events, promotions, and relevant industry happenings.
        • Ensure all calendar information is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated to our audience.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns on META and TikTok.
      • Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices, including audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
      • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
      • Experience with Survey Monkey or similar online survey platforms is highly desirable.
      • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

      Physical Demands of the Job:

      • This opportunity requires long periods of standing, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and walking
      • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

      Special Working Conditions:

      • Exposure to weather conditions and the noise level is usually moderate
