      POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist
      OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE: Category III
      DEPARTMENT: Business Development/Recruiting
      REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Marketing
      GRADE: 37
      POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting Powerback and its
      divisions Powerback Rehabilitation, Powerback Respiratory, Powerback Rehabilitation To You, Powerback Pediatrics, and
      Powerback Consulting through various digital marketing activities (social media, video, podcasts, email,
      etc.) to promote audience engagement.
      Responsible for fulfilling requests as directed by supervisor including coordinating to determine how to
      market the Powerback brand and its services using digital marketing activities: creating and updating
      social media posting schedules, graphics, and captions for one or more Powerback social media
      accounts; replying to comments from subscribers (based on Company policy) and/or liking tagged
      photos; creating and updating related video assets for sales and recruiting campaigns; leading the
      Powerback Consulting webinar process; tracking success through goal setting with markers for
      identifying success.
      Coordinates and collaborates with Powerback’s various departments and functions to provide and
      reinforce a consistent Powerback voice and message in the market. This includes integrations with trade
      show and hiring event activity, internal website updates and enhancements, social media and reputation
      management, promotional and informational assets (webinars, podcasts, videos, email, etc.), patient
      and customer communications, and supporting internal communications as needed.

      RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
      1. Upholds marketing and brand consistency and professionalism.
      2. Using design software, develop new social marketing materials and modify/update coordinating
      collateral as needed.
      3. Acts as creative liaison with assigned internal or external customers and corresponding vendors.
      4. Fulfills requests in a timely manner and provides consistent and timely communication of all work
      in progress.
      5. Completes the proofing process of all materials before they are finalized, executed, or distributed.
      6. Develops, implements, and maintains digital marketing assets and reporting for the company
      (including social media posts, videos, podcasts, sales and recruiting webinars, and other
      graphic/digital communications).

      7. Maintains and implements social media calendar and activities for daily, weekly, monthly, and
      annual campaigns.
      8. Coordinates vendor relationships and associated product production to ensure services are
      delivered according to specifications, e.g. time, quality, and cost.
      9. Facilitates and actively participates in Powerback Consulting webinars.
      10. Participates in the development and implementation of external communication programs that
      support the Company and its marketing position.
      11. Designs, creates and maintains a variety of media (digital elements, video assets, collateral
      pieces/collateral) with e-mediums (email, website, etc.) in mind.
      12. Supports website administration as needed.
      13. Collaborates social marketing opportunities with Resource Manager(s) on trade show and event
      participation for Business Development and Recruiting.
      14. Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently
      receive the highest quality of service.
      15. Shows respect and appreciation to others.
      16. Works with a positive attitude and demonstrates teamwork.
      17. Demonstrates focus and discipline in doing the best job possible.

      Qualifications

      SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
      1. Bachelor's Degree required (emphasis on Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations,
      English, or Communication preferred).
      2. Education and/or experience in internet marketing, social media, or public relations preferred.
      3. Medium to advanced video editing experience is required.
      4. Previous social media design and marketing experience is required.

      5. Portfolio of design productions demonstrating experience in marketing communications and
      creative design required.
      6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating a variety of business
      communications and presentations.
      7. Excellent organization skills combined with good interpersonal skills are necessary.

      Posted Salary Range

      USD $53,000.00 - USD $56,000.00 /Yr.
