What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track
- Streamline operational processes and optimize internal tracking documentation for improved efficiency
- Partner with media teams, agencies, and creative to manage global brand and demand campaign execution
- Coordinate third-party media execution to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables
- Support the Senior Digital Media Operations Manager in maintaining momentum across planning cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, and/or project management
- Proven ability to document and manage complex processes across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and cross-regional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with media buying, campaign execution, and digital ad operations
- Proficient in Asana and skilled in Google Sheets, including managing complex spreadsheets
