      Eastman Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute marketing and member engagement campaigns using various digital communication channels to educate members and potential members about the benefits of the organization’s products and services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also manage the organization’s digital marketing platforms such as the public website, social media platforms, member feedback channels, and various other digital marketing technologies.

      This position allows one day per week for remote work after a probationary period.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      Design and deploy marketing campaigns across digital platforms to increase product and service adoption among current and potential members.

      Support marketing campaigns through creative content development including graphic design, animation, photography, and video production.

      Design and maintain content for the organization’s public website, ensuring that content is relevant and presented in a way that reflects the organization’s brand. Leverage analytics from the public website to drive continuous improvements to design and content.

      Administer content management systems for various digital communication and advertising channels such as the public website, social media platforms, and digital banking.

      Utilize research to maximize search engine optimization.

      Manage the organization’s member experience program and associated technologies to ensure that member feedback is consistently leveraged for improvements to the organization’s products and services.

      Strategically plan, execute, and measure digital media buys to capitalize use of funds.

      Develop and implement standards and maintenance procedures for digital media.

      Promote usage of digital marketing platforms such as the public website and social media among employees, members, and potential members.

      Capture organic video and photo content from across the organization for use in various advertising mediums.

      Direct the creative process for commercials through script development, working with partners to facilitate video production, and guiding the post-production process.

      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance topics for digital advertising.
