      JOB REQUIREMENTS
      Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
      Minimum Work Experience: 2+ years related experience preferred
      Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Strong organization and prioritization skills. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM). Ability to travel as necessary. Must work well independently. SEO optimization. Knowledge of google analytics and operations.

      BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
      The employee is this role must be comfortable with both the practical and creative sides of a marketing department. Demonstrates that he/she is a self-motivated team player who is detail oriented and organized. Provides administrative support to the marketing department by keeping track of department tasks, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing marketing reports, and other tasks unique to a marketing department.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      Assist with marketing campaign planning and coordinating

      Help manage hospital department relationships and hold discovery meetings to identify needs and expectations of department managers

      Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

      Monitor and maintain hospital & clinic online content insuring it’s accuracy

      Help with event planning and coordinating (check presentations, health fairs, sponsorships, etc.)

      Liaise with external vendors to execute events and other marketing initiatives

      Communicate market trends, opportunities, or issues to management in a timely manner

      Answer phones, takes messages, and assist in fulfilling client requests

      Monitor and maintain BMH & its affiliate social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

      Monitor and maintain BMH & its affiliate websites

      Maintain department equipment and office supplies

      File and organize office documents

      Manage internal communications through email, intranet, etc.

      Handling the donation/sponsorship process and research market, identify event opportunities

      Helping facilitate new provider introductions

      Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

      Completes other duties as assigned.
