      About the role

      You will be a key support in our digital lead generation strategy – focused on identifying high performing channels and optimising creative to deliver impactful digital campaigns that drive business results.

      Under the guidance of the Head of Digital, you will work closely with media agencies, suppliers and Call Center teams to fully optimise campaigns that drive qualified leads to our clinics. You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure no leads are left behind to deliver a seamless customer experience.

      Key Accountabilities

      The responsibilities of the Digital Specialist include but are not limited to:

      • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting and insights of digital channel performance (website, social and email)
      • Monitor and provide insights on our digital leads generation campaigns with Call Center
      • Track and manage lead delivery from 3rd parties to Call Center utilising our lead management platform
      • Work closely with IT/Data team to trouble shoot any ad-hoc issues in lead delivery
      • Manage website content for SEO and improve organic traffic with agency
      • Monitor and manage our social channels with the support of agency
      • Optimise of ad creative and content on landing pages monthly with agency support
      • Support the digital team with budget admin

      About you

      • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably Digital Marketing / Marketing
      • 2-3 years experience in a digital role either agency or client side
      • Must have hands-on experience with website analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords
      • Comfortable with a range of digital platforms (Adobe CMS, Zendesk, Zapier + other applications)
      • Strong analytical skills and experienced with MS Excel
      • Experience in campaign development – comfortable with ad copywriting and content production
      • Experience in a multi-channel retail environment is a plus.
