Digital Marketing Specialist (ONSITE)

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising).
- Manage and maintain Upper Canada's website(s), ensuring content is updated and optimized for search engines.
- Oversee social media strategy, create engaging content, manage community interactions and monitor performance across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics for all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with external agencies and vendors, and collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and support campaign goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- SEO Certification an asset.
