      Our North American Industrial Process & Environmental group is searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support our business located in Pasadena, TX. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in implementing HORIBA’s company digital communications plan to drive engagement and new business by creating designs and marketing materials. The qualified candidate will work with the Marketing Director to create & execute campaign strategies along with the coordination and maintenance of the IPE digital marketing presence for the company website and social media platforms.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Work with marketing leaders to execute and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Email, PPC, and Social Media)
      2. Manage updates to product pages, resource hubs, and landing pages using CMS (e.g., WordPress, ModX, Pardot, or custom platforms).
      3. Contribute digital campaign strategy ideas.
      4. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer segments
      5. Responsible for data analysis & report generation using Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce.com and other marketing business systems and analytic tools
      6. Design, build, send, monitor and track outbound emails through marketing automation ensure optimal effectiveness.
      7. Assist the marketing team in special projects as requested.
      8. Assist with any other marketing department functions on an as-needed basis.

      Skills/Experience:

      1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications or similar required
      2. 3-5 Years in a marketing role with experience in the following:
        1. Working knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
        2. Working knowledge with Pardot marketing automation system, or similar
        3. Fluency in Google Analytics, SEM, PPC, SEO and all other aspects of online marketing
        4. Working knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or simlar tools
        5. Experience managing and editing web sites using a CMS system
        6. Working knowledge of leveraging Ai to enhance workflow
      3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all types of personalities
      4. Effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, organizational and time management skills
      5. Experience with portfolio and campaign management execution
      6. Exceptional writing and editing skills required
