What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute email marketing campaigns from ideation to deployment and performance tracking
- Become an expert on customer data to make data-driven decisions for campaign enhancement
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize engagement and ROI
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for the best results
- Launch and integrate SMS marketing as part of the existing communication strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related area
- 1-2 years of experience in email/lifecycle marketing
- Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in SMS marketing with knowledge of best practices and compliance
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
