What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing and paid media
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing assets and utilize analytics to track performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
- Manage email marketing strategies, including segmentation and compliance with privacy regulations
- Develop landing pages and website content to enhance user experience and brand consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in email marketing and paid advertising
- Proficiency with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing vendor and agency relationships
