      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and launch engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
      - Create and manage content for email, landing pages, microsites, social media, and more
      - Develop a digital marketing roadmap aligned with organizational goals
      - Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student recruitment and engagement strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or email marketing roles
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics)
      - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Pardot, or other automation tools
      - Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
      - Knowledge of SEO strategies and digital content planning
      - Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or international education settings
