      Job Overview

      The Digital Marketing Specialist sits within the Marketing capability and plays a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive audience engagement, build brand awareness, and support key growth initiatives for the organization. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performing, collaborative environment where expertise in digital platforms, content strategy, campaign management and performance analytics will contribute to making an impact with the diverse audiences we serve.

      The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, who thrives in solving problems, and is comfortable using data to tell stories that inform decision-making.

      • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, email, social media, search, and display advertising.
      • Manage content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
      • Where appropriate, partner with external agency partners on key digital marketing initiatives
      • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms, providing actionable insights for optimization.
      • Partner with Digital Teams to inform and advise on website updates, landing page development/enhancements, and the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance online visability and capture/drive traffic
      • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative strategies.

      Required:

      • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare or non-profit sectors.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and content management systems.
      • Experience in SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
      • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for healthcare and an obsession for translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive greater effectiveness
      • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns targeting multiple audiences, across various channels
      • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively
      • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
      • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage through it
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate media investments and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive efficient and effective campaigns
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
      • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Build strong relationships and instill trust and confidence with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and leadership teams.
      • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems
      • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Asana), Asset Management Tools; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook

      Preferred:

      • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, patient-sensitive content
      • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms

      Compensation Disclaimer

      The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
