- Identify, create and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, display, programmatic and Amazon advertising
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports to measure success and inform future strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with key initiatives
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships
- Develop relevant content to support marketing initiatives
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing, demand generation and measurement
- Use Salesforce and CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data to improve business relationships
- Manage Online Reputation: Monitoring and managing the company's online reputation, including handling reviews and customer feedback
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across digital platforms
