What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and analyze market trends
- Develop content for digital ads, social media, websites, brochures, and more
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, reporting on key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage individual tasks within the overall marketing plan as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field with proven results
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage individual workloads
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
- Experience in marketing data analytics and tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in marketing contexts
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics
