What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage the process for collecting, formatting, and overseeing campaign performance data
- Develop and execute SEM strategies, optimizing campaigns and reporting on performance
- Manage audience targeting configurations and segment creation across multiple marketing channels
- Draft and edit campaign materials, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables
- Assist in campaign project management and coordination with the Marketing team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience with an understanding of MarTech optimization
- Experience in developing and managing multi-channel, integrated campaigns with performance reporting
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SEM strategy and AdWords campaign management
- Excellent business writing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with various Marketing platforms, with a bonus for hands-on experience in tools like 6sense, HubSpot, AdWords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Advertising
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ABM methodology and principles for campaign development and execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and timelines across projects and teams
