What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the execution of paid search and paid social media campaigns in collaboration with agency partners
- Support digital marketing managers in developing campaign strategies and performance optimizations
- Liaise with the ad agency to manage campaign tasks, including budget management and ad copy updates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance audience targeting and drive event registrations
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support go-to-market efforts and business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a digital marketing professional, specifically with enterprise-level paid media campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads Editor platforms for campaign building and optimization
- Familiarity with audience targeting and remarketing on LinkedIn
- Proven ability to deliver sophisticated search media plans and strategies
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with start-ups or high-growth/PE-backed companies
- Knowledge of SEO and social media co-optimization strategies
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense, Clearbit, Dreamdata, Wrike, and Zapier
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
