      About this role

      We are a part of the Digital Experience team and manage the MarTech Operations workstream – Tagging, Analytics/Insights, Testing and Optimization, Audience Management, Data Enablement, Building Single View of the Customer, among others.

      The MarTech Senior Analyst plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to manage, deploy, and enhance the MarTech Operations. The candidate troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for optimal operations. This position manages the sprints, coordinates deployments and implementations and facilitates activities to ensure programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines.

      The ideal candidate is also responsible for monitoring team member activities to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines and according to the business requirements and/or user stories. The candidate may also be required to write user stories as needed to help clarify the requirements to on-shore and off-shore delivery teams. Candidate will identify and assesses issues to communicate potential risks and impacts, analyze project requirements and customers’ expectations to identify and implement required tasks, prepares and conducts project progress and quality reviews to provide project updates, monitors costs, timelines, and resources to address plan deviations along with stakeholder management.

      The candidate will also help serve as SCRUM master for the work performed by the team. He/She would manage product and software development teams; ensure that teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values; work to increase team efficiency; and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement. This position may supervise others.

      Responsibilities

      • Manages MarTech Operations and its workstreams as a Product Owner
      • Develops and build sprint plans based on priorities, costs, resource availability, etc.
      • Manages scrums, backlogs, resource assignments with our on-shore and off-shore teams
      • Builds out weekly management reports on priorities, sprint plans, risks, risk mitigation plans, etc.
      • Develops process to monitor MarTech Operations health over time
      • Develops quality assurance and testing processes to monitor quality of delieverables. Also ensure plans are in place to proactively monitor the health of the products we impact using tools such as ObservePoint, Debugbear

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
      • 2+ years of experience as a Project Lead, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
      • Strong skills with Scrum/PM tools like Microsoft project, JIRA, TFS, etc.
      • Having specialized certifications such as CSM, PMP, and others will be a bonus
      • Strong technical knowledge around MarTech products, Managing workstreams with multiple stakeholders
      • Ability to link business goals to delivery strategies and creative planning
      • Ability to translate sponsor requirements into technical specifications
      • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues as necessary, and intervene as needed
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal/external stakeholders
      • Strong presentation skills with ability to convey stories effectively and efficiently

      Preferences

      • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
      • Strong organization and project management skills
      • Works well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and quickly adapts to on-the-fly changes.
      • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Strong intellectual curiosity and love of learning, eagerly exploring new ideas, concepts, and technologies in the pursuit of personal and professional growth.
