Are you a creative, motivated student with an interest in digital communication and design?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Student Assistant to help shape and manage content across our platforms – starting with LinkedIn and potentially expanding to YouTube and Facebook. As a member of BrainWorks, you'll collaborate with a motivated team that functions within a broader organization, in addition to supporting LISTEN TO THIS, our platform aimed at promoting hearing and cognitive well-being.

In BrainWorks, you'll have the opportunity to join one of the most innovative medical device, audio, video, and gaming solution manufacturers in the world. With a 150-year legacy, GN has consistently established new benchmarks in the industry and upholds that tradition today. We market our solutions with the brands Jabra, ReSound, SteelSeries, Beltone, Interton, BlueParrott, Danavox, and FalCom in 100 countries.

The team you will be part of:

At BrainWorks, we are a small productive team working on digital health. Some of our work involves both health awareness initiatives and collaboration with external innovative companies and internal stakeholders to identify future products. We are a diverse and inclusive team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Student Assistant to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

You’ll play a central role in managing and creating social media content, helping us connect with healthcare professionals, audiologists, and internal stakeholders in a visually appealing and engaging way.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

      • Develop and manage social media content for platforms like LinkedIn (and in the future, YouTube and Facebook).

      • Plan posts, scheduling them, and keeping an eye on engagement and performance.

      • Collaborate with our designer and/or freelancers to develop visuals – most content will be handled by the design team, but you’ll contribute ideas and help guide the visual direction.

      • Create simple designs or templates from scratch when needed, and handling smaller tasks like edits or formatting in tools like PowerPoint or Canva.

      • Manage internal and external newsletters.

      • Translate complex medical research into digestible, engaging content (no deep science background required – but curiosity and comprehension are key).

      • Suggest new ideas and creative formats to boost engagement.

      • Monitor performance metrics and helping adjust content strategy accordingly.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

      • Are a student within communications, marketing, social media, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years left of your studies.

      • Are motivated to create engaging content and tell stories in a visually compelling way.

      • Possess initiative, you thrive in both solo projects and collective efforts with others.

      • Have a basic understanding of design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar (you don’t have to be a designer, but you should be visually savvy).

      • Are proficient English communication skills in both writing and speaking.

      • Are curious, detail-oriented, and open to learning about health-related topics.

      • Prosper in an engaging work environment where individuals actively support one another in overcoming challenges.

      • Experience with newsletter tools (i.e. Mailchimp or similar).

      We encourage you to apply

Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills. We highly value the right mindset; motivation and initiative and we believe that the right personal skills are highly important for creating positive outcomes.

We prioritize an inclusive recruitment process, and all applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.
