      Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      The Digital Marketing/Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing paid and organic media campaigns, social media strategies, and search engine marketing initiatives across a few of our brands. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

      • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic media channels.
      • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
      • Execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
      • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
      • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
      • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
      • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

      Who You Are/ Qualifications

      Minimum:

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid and organic media, social media, and search engine marketing. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

      Preferred:

      • Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
