- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Web strategies: Oversee a subset of the companies’ websites. Mange the configuration and editing of the sites, copy and image proofing, creating graphics. Partner with agencies and brand/product marketers on design, then execute, and optimize the website pages for organic traffic and engagement with SEO and content.
- Optimize: Identify ways to optimize the websites content for search engines, and track performance metrics to improve rankings and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand & Product Communication: Craft clear and compelling approaches to websites that align with the brand’s voice and values. Ensure consistency across all digital and offline channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications. Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.
- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficient in front end web design, digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment virtually and in-person.
- Degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
