      Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Digital Media Marketing Manager to bring onto the team.


      Duties:
      Digital Media Marketing Manager (Marketer & Creative Personas – Americas)

      This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing strategy and campaign execution for Marketer and Creative Persona Engagement campaigns across the Americas. In this role, you will plan and execute paid media campaigns—primarily targeting Marketer and Creative personas—across social media and ABM display platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align business priorities, own campaign tracking and measurement, ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget, and support broader performance objectives.

      Success in this role requires strong partnership with Journey Stakeholders, Analysts, and cross-functional marketing teams within Global Enterprise Marketing organization. You’ll join a high-performing team of marketing managers who regularly share ideas, test new strategies, and optimize campaigns to produce a measurable impact.

      The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital advertising and performance measurement, demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

      What You'll Do
      • Lead the planning and execution of paid media initiatives, leveraging vendor and stakeholder partnerships to refine strategy and enhance efficiency.
      • Leverage a variety of channels and audience segments to effectively reach and engage key targets, driving web engagement.
      • Drive reporting, optimization, and analysis of channel performance to identify benchmarks, trends, blockers, and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve performance.
      • Maintain clear, consistent, and regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, objectives, and performance metrics.

      How You'll Succeed
      • In-depth knowledge of paid media with a keen interest in leveraging analytics to explore and adopt new strategic directions.
      • Highly organized with a proven ability to design, prioritize, track, and optimize multiple campaigns customized for distinct audience personas.
      • In-depth understanding of ABM display and paid social channels and platforms. Experience in Account-based marketing and lead generation (Content Syndication) is a plus.
      • Applies a highly analytical mindset to campaign implementation, testing, and performance analysis with acute attention to detail.
      • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and take full ownership of projects and workflows.
      • A reliable and collaborative contributor who works with integrity, shares knowledge openly, and enhances team success through collective effort.
      • A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management is preferred, or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
      • 5+ years of experience in Media Planning or Performance Marketing required

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
