- Set up and operate professional field and studio cameras, audio equipment, and lighting instruments to produce digital media for the Comanche Nation.
- Utilizes video and audio monitoring devices to engineer and maintain overall quality of live broadcasts and other event recordings.
- Build and support audio-visual equipment set-ups for conference rooms and other meeting areas.
- Construct and light studio sets in a virtual environment as well as use specialized lighting techniques to properly and optimally make use of green screen technology.
- Monitor and administrate social media presence of the Comanche Tribe.
- Create and design logos, websites, and other promotional materials.
- Occasionally assist I.T. technicians with general technical problems.
- Utilizes audio-visual and technical equipment/software including but not exclusive to: Mixers, Microphones, Sound-reinforcement, Recording software, Photo and video editing software, Digital Audio Workstations, Mac OS and Windows, and other electronic equipment.
- Ability to work in a team or individual setting based upon the needs of the department.

- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and/or a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in the technology, audio-visual or related field.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass drug testing.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Comanche Nation’s motor vehicle policy.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a background investigation.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall content creation for the Comanche Nation. Works in conjunction with the administration as well as utilizes prevalent market strategies to broaden the reach and cultural image of the native tribal community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTS TO: Reports to the Information Technology (I.T.) Director and does not possess supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is physically strenuous and requires lifting and carrying of various pieces of audio-visual equipment from 5 to 40 pounds on a daily basis and up to 60 pounds on occasion. Requires monitoring of audio levels in field and studio situations. Requires viewing images through viewfinders and monitors. Requires performing work at various heights and using equipment to reach those areas. May require sitting or standing for long periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed year-round indoors and outdoors in a variety of situations. Must be able to travel up to 1 hour or out of state on occasion. All duties performed with reasonable accommodations.
