What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the Searchspring platform, optimizing search features and product attributes
- Lead improvements to site navigation and search relevancy to enhance user experience
- Oversee merchandising across various product categories and manage product data integrity
- Use analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements to drive conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product discoverability and user flow

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, site search, or catalog operations
- Hands-on experience with Searchspring or similar tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to interpret site performance data
- Strong understanding of product data structures and merchandising best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in Excel for data handling and updates
- Analytical mindset focused on driving business results through measurable improvements
- Familiarity with A/B testing and behavioral tools like Hotjar
- Bonus: Experience with product feed troubleshooting
