What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with category management and marketing to create engaging and personalized shopping experiences
- Develop and manage a vendor funded digital engagement and activation strategy
- Improve product detail pages to enhance conversion rates
- Enhance ecommerce search capabilities and improve search experience
- Support cross merchandising efforts to drive profitable mix
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or merchandising
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Applications
- Project management experience in cross-functional merchandising or digital projects
- Understanding of ecommerce user experience
