- Review and provide feedback on digital updates in the initial stages of development to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal creative, development, digital, and legal teams and external agencies to develop and approve digital assets
- Create status reports and updates for the Digital eCommerce team while facilitating requests from other business units. Act as a liaison among digital team members, project managers, creatives, and the digital IT department
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets for all digital requests, working closely to guide each ticket through development and Quality Assurance testing
- Highly organized with excellent time management, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Assist with additional request to help support the ecommerce team and marketing team as needed
- Stay on top of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience
- BS/BA in a related subject
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and conversion optimization techniques.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfortable presenting ideas in-person and through conference calls
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.’
- Preferred experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and/or A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Ecommerce Coordinator to oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and IT, to ensure a smooth and efficient online experience.

In Return, We Offer:
Salary Range: $57,864.47 to $77,152.63
Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
