      This Digital Marketing Specialist will:

      • Assist the Digital Experience and Marketing teams with digital optimization projects.
      • Collaborate with marketing managers to reduce paid search spend when able.
      • Conduct market research to create effective marketing strategies and increase conversion rates for paid and organic search, while fully utilizing search engine optimization techniques for all SEM activities.
      • Promote adoption of marketing reports, guides metric interpretation, conducts research, and develops strategies.
      • Attend marketing meetings and training sessions, as well as analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics.
      • Strategize SEM approach and execution/modification based on SEO Manager's insights to increase website traffic and reduce costs.
      • Assist in analyzing competitor marketing campaigns to adopt successful strategies and provide insights to the marketing team to develop superior campaigns.
      • Coordinate with the SEO/SEM Manager and Online Reputation Manager to schedule all digital marketing activities.
      • Post and optimize content with extreme attention to detail, conducting research on the latest market trends and keywords.
      • Perform administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets
      • Become certified in SEO and Google Ads.
      To qualify, you must have:
      • BA degree in Marketing or related field plus at least a year of experience in Digital Marketing or experience managing paid search and display ads through Google Ads .
      • Understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics Knowledge of latest market trends and social media marketing techniques.
      • Strong computer skills (specifically PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Ability to conduct in-depth research.
      • Familiarity with posting to different social media platforms (YouTube and Pinterest is a plus).
      • Excellent attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with basic design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus but not required. Understanding of SEM and familiarity with Google Ads is a plus but not required.
      • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and the associated tools to measure the effectiveness of web content (e.g., BrightEdge, etc.) is a plus but not required.
      • Ability to work in-office a minimum of one day per week is required.
