      Your Opportunity: Navitor Midwest is looking for a Digital Press Operator!

      Your Responsibilities:

      • Set up, operate, and maintain digital printing equipment to meet job specifications, schedules, and deadlines pertaining to production orders, proofs, and supplied samples
      • Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues
      • Make adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards
      • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of press, delivery, feeder, coater, and other equipment
      • Assist in product development by producing samples on press and giving expert input
      • Ensure proper paper handling, conditioning, and loading
      • Make image quality and productivity recommendations to workflow
      • Ensure required resources are available
      • Respond appropriately to fault, error, and alert messages
      • Keep supervisor informed of any concerns or issues that would compromise quality, schedules, or safety

      Your Shift:

      • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

      You Must Have:

      • Mechanically inclined
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and challenging environment and be willing to cross-train in various departments
      • Team player with a positive attitude and positive interaction with others
      • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
      • Basic math skills
      • Must be able to stand for an entire shift
      • Ability to lift and/or up to 20 pounds


      The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17 - $19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
