Job Description

- You will be trained to operate bindery equipment to be able to complete jobs in a timely manner.
- You must communicate with the coordinator(s) and creative team for a complete understanding of each print job.
- Maintain digital work-flow (BrightPod) with daily updates of production schedule and priorities.
- You will be trained to operate and maintain printing and finishing machinery.
- Maintain quality control of all print and finishing jobs
- You will be trained to order and stock inventory and supplies.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Various other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of digital printing and finishing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-starter and motivated to learn new skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-minded
- Ability to troubleshoot printer and equipment problems and order service as required
- Experience with Fiery digital print server
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office software a plus
- Prior experience with Konica/Minolta is a plus but not required. We have an experienced operator that will provide training.

We are seeking a Digital Print Production Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to join our Creative Services growing team at our office in West Palm Beach, FL.

This position will work directly with the Marketing and Business Development Departments and will produce all print jobs through to completion. A three-month training period will prepare you to work independently for this position. Attention to detail and ambition is important to be successful in this position. The Candidate should have knowledge of both small- and high-volume digital printers we currently are utilizing a Konica-Minolta C2070 with Fiery rip. You must be willing to be trained in new equipment, software, and processes. The main goal is to provide high-quality printed products correctly and on schedule. You will be very well-trained to succeed in this position.
