      As a Product Designer, you will explore, communicate, and deliver intuitive and elegant solutions for a digital platform in Alternative Investments. You'll be part of a small but growing team with a start-up mentality, working closely with product and engineering to build a new product, allowing you to make a significant impact in shaping its vision. You must have a passion for pushing design boundaries to achieve visually appealing interfaces, while conducting discovery efforts that enable you to effectively advocate for the customer and their needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process and is expected to collaborate effectively with other designers and cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Contribute to the design and development of user experiences for mid-sized features or small collections of features and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
      • Apply interaction design principles to create seamless and engaging user flows and interactions.
      • Lead the iterative design process by actively incorporating feedback and insights, driving enhancements to the overall user experience.
      • Support the implementation of inclusive design practices taking into consideration diverse backgrounds and abilities to create accessible and user-friendly experiences.
      • Help to gather information on market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking.
      • Actively participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning in a multidisciplinary environment with product, design and tech partners.
      • Work closely and present your work to stakeholders, product and technology teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, agreed and implemented as specified

      Required qualification, capabilities and skills:

      • 2+ years of Product/UX Design experience.
      • Professional product design experience—specifically in web application design—demonstrated via a portfolio or something similar.
      • Exceptional UI and visual crafting skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
      • Proficiency with Figma as well as design systems and associated best practices.
      • Thorough verbal and written communication skills, particularly when conveying user insights and design rationale.
      • Some proficiency in performing exploratory user research (e.g., user/stakeholder interviews, quantitative data gathering/interpretation, etc.).
      • Some proficiency in employing quantitative and qualitative methods to test hypotheses and solutions.
      • Considerable knowledge of end-to-end design best practice and aesthetics.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • Experience designing Fintech products.
