- Management of the ONE Site Product Backlog - Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the One Site product backlog (i.e. lists all the features, tasks, and improvements for the product.
- Working closely with the development team to translate product vision into actionable user stories and features.
- Crafting well-defined and clear user stories that describe what the user needs and why.
- Sprint Planning & Execution of sprint for the product
- Participating in sprint planning meetings to discuss the work to be done in the next sprint.
- Collecting feedback directly from the Customer and actioning this feedback
- Address quality issues during development.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the product is built according to the backlog and user stories.
- Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Global Perspective: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations.

- Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.

Job Summary:
As the ONE Site product analyst for ALI , you will be responsible to support the development and success of our new sales support tool, One Site. This tool will enhance the visualization and usability of condition monitoring data, improving the sales process for dealer sales reps. In time One Site will be expanded to support our entire portfolio of ALI products including Prime leads, service activities, and data notification alerts.
The Product Analyst is a key role in the development, responsible for maximizing the value of the One Site product by prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and acting as the bridge between the development team and product manager to ensure the product aligns with business needs and delivers maximum value throughout the development process.
