What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of digital product management experience in consumer-facing mobile and web products
- 3 or more years of retail industry experience or equivalent domain experience
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methods
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence at strategic leadership levels
