- Uses advanced knowledge and expertise to shape complex, cross-functional digital strategies across business segments to optimize digital experience by leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and participates in the marketplace to assess and influence digital experience trends and results. Represents the organization as an industry expert in area of digital expertise. Prioritizes and executes on the digital experience strategy.
- Proactively makes innovative recommendations and guides roadmap in area of digital expertise for new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences to enable differentiated customer experiences. Leads and works in conjunction with key decision makers across the organization to gain alignment. Presents to executive leadership for buy in.
- Leads and educates as a thought leader for digital experience development using industry expertise and perspective to offer guidance, inspire innovation and influence others. Advises on specialized digital capabilities and solves complex problems to ensure all digital experiences meet strategic goals.
- Develops, trains, and mentors digital team members and partners across business segments or lines of business to build digital expertise in specialized digital functions for the future success of the organization and overall customer experience.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

As a Digital Product Manager Expert within PNC's Cards and Digital Wallets team, you will be based in New York, NY. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion
As a Digital Product Manager Expert on the Cards & Digital Wallets team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC debit and credit cardholders within the PNC Mobile app and beyond.
This role will include two key product management focused responsibilities:
•Leading the creation of new debit & credit card features within PNC’s digital mobile app, as well as supporting existing cards experiences
•Working to enhance and support new emerging payment capabilities, specifically focused on digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) and card tokenization
The candidate must have:
•A strong product management background, with several successful examples of carrying an idea through the product management lifecycle from beginning to end.
•Experience working with an agile team as a product owner
•Willingness to learn new areas of banking and digital experiences
•Strong leadership and ability to “take it and run”
•Expertise with digital authentication methods
An ideal candidate will have:
•Debit & credit card product knowledge and experience
•Digital product management experience
•Digital wallet product management experience and familiarity with card tokenization
•Experience with card authorizations and card transaction processing
•Technically-minded product management support
You will work as a product manager on a development team and will need to collaborate with many different internal organizations across the enterprise to drive change and create digital experiences. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.Education

Base Salary: $100,000-$254,150
Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
