Overview The Digital Products and Services team within PepsiCo's global Strategy and Transformation group is tasked with articulation of the vision, execution and implementation of PEP's next generation global digital products and data infrastructure. The Digital Product Management is not only responsible for creating roadmaps, delivering data and software solutions but will also be accountable for the business improvement and outcomes. Product Manager, Net Revenue Management Role Overview: The Product Manager, Net Revenue Management, will support the day-to-day interaction between the Product Group, Senior PepsiCo leadership, and cross-functional teams including: end users, internal development teams, program stakeholders, as well as vendors. Focusing on one of the Net Revenue Management products, this role will be focused on building the strategic vision, developing product roadmaps, setting product requirements, overseeing execution and communicating progress to global and sector leadership teams. Given the complexities of developing global products, and the priority placed on it by the business, this role will require a high degree of adroitness navigating and assessing markets of all sizes and crafting solutions that are scalable - all while keeping the projects on track. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience with Pricing Strategy within a Fortune 500 commercial organization and building/leveraging digital products. Responsibilities Product Design and Development Serve as a subject matter expert of our current/planned NRM product Execute product feature launch/release cycles In partnership with the Scrum Master, identify risks and concerns for product delivery as related to individual teams Surface blockers and provide recommended solutions based on trade-offs to optimize user experience, time-to-market, cost and more Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teams Update Product Documentation as necessary including technical requirements, roadmaps, feature availability, and metadata management Product Management Facilitate meetings with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather product requirements and business use cases Prioritize and create clear user stories and acceptance criteria day-by-day and manage progress through daily standups by working with leads, developers, and scrum masters Define, create, and manage the product backlog through weekly backlog sessions Manage QA by accepting the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria Provide feedback at demos related to product delivery, usability, and functionality, and escalate any discrepancies to Product Manager to ensure business goals are met Outline PI Objectives and lead validation efforts with all stakeholders; co-lead PI planning Accountable for Success of Data Products & Growth Contribute to product feature development that supports all global markets Manage one-two market onboarding deployment workstream to ensure timelines are met and users are supported Participate in ongoing relationships with Senior PepsiCo leadership, data partnerships team, as well as technical and business teams Collaborate with Scrum Master to ensure developers are unblocked for their delivery Iterate on products, leveraging learnings from prior product builds Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management AND/OR Finance/Pricing Strategy experience - creating strategy Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds Experience managing daily technical and design direction Bachelor’s Degree, Masters a plus Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: Proven experience in influencing Agile Philosophy and Principals Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management Strong ability to influence and lead others by example and implement templatized documentation for processes Practiced experience with user support and bug escalation Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along Ability to lead others without direct authority Additional: Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) or something similar (Jira, Atlassian, or other Product Management tools strongly encouraged) Able to work in fast passed changing environment Eager to learn and influence product philosophy to support PepsiCo’s digital transformation Differentiating Competencies Required: Suggest and justify product directions and specifications Ability to translate business use cases into a set of product requirements, develop a product roadmap, and support program Proven ability to drive results and to lead and implement complex, technical, multi-organizational projects at senior leadership level Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 165,150 based on a full-time schedule Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
