What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the rollout of various digital products, focusing on a consumer and agent-facing platform
- Advocate for end-users and manage a cross-functional team to develop, test, and improve digital assets
- Utilize Agile and lean start-up methodologies to enhance solution development
- Collaborate with multiple business units and shared services to ensure successful product launches
- Anticipate organizational needs and manage product feature backlogs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Proven experience in leadership roles with cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic and decision-making skills to address technology and process needs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Previous experience acting as the 'voice of the user' in product development
- Resourceful in managing priorities across multi-phased projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to a collaborative and transparent team culture
