      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Originate and close new business opportunities in the digital product sector
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales quotas
      - Drive service sales strategies that contribute to exponential sales growth
      - Manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
      - Interface with multiple executives within customer organizations to influence decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in selling digital product design, user experience, and innovation
      - 8+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries with a focus on application services
      - 5+ years of experience selling outcomes-based solutions in the services industry
      - 5+ years of experience with Generative AI and AI technologies within the healthcare payer market
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with boardroom executive presence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of UX/CX and experience selling Agile-based solutions
      - Ability to engage and build relationships with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations
      - Experience in selling SOW-based work with teams rather than pure staff augmentation
      - Strategic thinking, teamwork, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proven networking skills and a high level of professionalism with attention to detail
