      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals for Wireless, Home Services, and CSB lines of business
      - Engage with customers through incoming chats, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
      - Provide recommendations for digital purchases with a focus on a "Digital First" approach
      - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal and competitive products and services
      - Identify opportunities for improving digital platforms based on customer feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of business or related work experience in customer service, preferably in sales
      - Strong reading and writing comprehension skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously with high accuracy
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection in a distraction-free workspace
      - Experience using Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
