      Digital Sales Support Manager – Americas

      Caterpillar’s Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Digital Sales Support Manager to lead a team of digital sales consultants who are the subject matter expert to dealers and sales teams on g o -t o -m arket strategies, best practices, and sales variance programs to drive digital sales growth and increase percent of customers active online.

      Role Summary: This role will work with dealers and sales teams to help build and deploy digital marketing campaigns, leverage marketing automation, bring new digital solutions to market and promote the integrated solutions approach to grow sales digitally. This role will collaborate across the enterprise to communicate Voice of Dealer, Voice of Customer and identify gaps in our strategy to develop needed resources for success.

      What You’ll Do
      In this role, you will be working with key partners including Cat Digital and Distribution Services Division, as well as aligning with the Sales Execution and Sales Support teams in CISD to drive digital sales growth which is critical to achieving double digit S TU . Key duties include :

      • Lead cross functional workshops and governance with partners/dealers to help drive eCommerce sales and eCommerce activation growth plans .

      • Execute g o to m arket of new digital solutions driving dealer and customer adoption .

      • Support dealer digital sales and marketing plan development

      • Gather Voice of Dealer and Voice of Customer to identify and drive needed enhancements to digital products.

      • Support execution of digital marketing strategy to support aftermarket sales growth .

      • Analyze granular insights by dealer, to provide recommendations for digital marketing improvement and increase in eCommerce growth opportunities.
        Coach and mentor peers in the creation and validation of new solutions to business problems .

      • R esponsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of direct report s.

      • Present insights on gaps, root cause, and proposed actions to leaders and advisors .

      • Lead pilot of new digital solutions within territory

      What You Have ( Core Skills)

      • Customer Focus: Knowledge of dealers’ and customers’ application, industry and marketplace needs.

      • Effective communication skills across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations .

      • Influencing: Experience consulting and collecting of voice of customer for new product/services introduction or distribution needs. Relationship Management: Experience and confidence working with senior staff and management on industry growth plans, regional merchandising programs or regional dealer programs.

      • Strategic Thinking: Experience consulting and collecting of voice of customer for new product/services introduction or distribution needs.

      Top Candidates Will Also Have

      • Job-related experience in the areas of Digital Marketing, eCommerce or Digital Solutions

      • Experience with aftermarket business

      • Experience providing training for internal and external sales teams, direction for future solutions and industry needs, and sharing this expertise at higher industry levels with business unit management.

      • Experience with industry eCommerce solutions, digital solutions or Dealer Digital Excellence progra ms

      • Experience creating behavioral changes in organizations

      Additional Information

      • This role can work from one of the following Caterpillar office locations: Peoria, IL; Chicago IL; Cary, NC;

      • Relocation assistance is provided to relocate to Peoria, IL only.

      • This position requires frequent travel (40%+)

      • This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

      Summary Pay Range:

      $144,960.00 - $217,320.00
