      Digital Service Representative Casual Relief Pool

      These casual appointments will be utilised to meet business needs across the following Service Centre locations.

      · Central Coast Region : Hornsby, Woy Woy, Gosford, Erina, Toukley and Tuggerah

      · Northern Suburbs Region : North Sydney, Brookvale, Warriewood, Chatswood, Hornsby, Castle Hill, Ryde

      · Sydney Central Region : Bondi Junction, Eastgardens, Wynyard, Haymarket, Revesby, Burwood, Marrickville, Auburn, Silverwater, North Rocks, Bankstown, Parramatta, Merrylands

      · Sydney West Region : Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Penrith, Wetherill Park, Liverpool, Glenmore Park, Tallawong, Macarthur, Edmondson Park, Richmond, Springwood

      · Sydney South Region : Botany, Roselands, Rockdale, Miranda, Hurstville, Engadine

      · Illawarra Region : Corrimal, Wollongong, Warrawong, Kiama

      Service NSW is seeking people who love helping others to join our casual Digital Service Representative relief pool. The casual relief pool will support our Service Centre teams during peak periods, to assist our customers and meet business demands.

      As the face of our Service Centres, you will bring with you high energy, great communication skills and a willingness to be part of a fast-paced customer centric team. Your drive to help others and working well as part of a larger team will be what sets you apart from the pack.

      We are also looking to create a Talent Pool for future casual opportunities that arise over the next 18 months. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a casual opportunity at this time you may be included within this pool. Service NSW is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience to all citizens and businesses across NSW.

      - Hourly rate starting at $31.95 p/hr [plus casual loading/s in accordance with the Service NSW (Salaries and Conditions) Employees Award 2021 . This rate excludes any applicable superannuation payment].

      - Please note that shifts for casual employees are not guaranteed, as they are dependent on business needs and demands.

      - DSR casual roles are an entry level position within Service NSW and there may be opportunity to apply for other temporary and/or ongoing employment, when available.

      - You may be called on to perform work within the region from Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 6:30pm and Saturday 8:00am – 3:30pm

      - All successful applicants will be required to attend a 2-week block of training. This training will be held on Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm (70 hours in total) and you will be paid for this time at the applicable casual rate.
