- You ask appropriate questions to assist members with transactions and protect against fraud.
As a Member Service Associate/Teller, you connect with our members to build trusted relationships and help direct them to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you are counted on to assist members with their everyday banking transactions and needs, such as transfers, loan payments, and account-related questions. Your primary responsibility it to support our members through our digital services: email, phone, text, and video. You must be able to think creatively to find solutions and solve problems for our members and be comfortable and confident learning and using new technologies.
After six months, you'll know you were successful if:
Weekday hours (24 per week) range from 7:15 am-6:15 pm M-F, plus Saturdays from 8:45 am-12:15 pm. Our digital services roles are located in our Service Center: 1741 S Cleveland Ave.
Requirements
A qualified Member Service Associate/Teller candidate will have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent, and six to twelve months of cash handling and customer service experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have sales or referral experience.
