- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior leaders and department managers, and perform administrative tasks

- Generate and review internal reports on a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis (Clarity, MyFiserv, Client360/InquiryPoint, etc.)
- Lead report clean-up efforts with the leadership team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to resolve the issues and maintain clean reporting going forward, as well as provide updates on changes to the report formats and information
- Consolidate and coordinate monthly reporting, to include data from leadership team, create/maintain grid and graphs, maintain FTE/Indirect dashboard, and maintain administrative clean-up report. Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance (eg; utilization, timesheet continuity)
- Interact closely with leadership’s direct reports and their team managers, as support for internal systems (Clarity, ServicePoint, Client360, etc.)
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork and project reporting
- Planning, coordinating, and leading team meetings and workshops, ensuring the meeting remains focused (All-hands meetings, Leadership meetings, and others as needed)
- Help to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their impact to Fiserv, our clients, and their customers
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads. Aiding in and ultimately ensuring the timely completion of creative projects/initiatives, to ensure team and company goals and initiatives are met.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the backlog of implementations and initial staging of client environments in digital banking.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Impact our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments.
- Assessing risk when business decisions are made, and providing tactical support to implement ideas, resolve issues and reduce risks
- Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Provide consultation for process improvements, documenting for our team and others, where needed
- Work with leadership to review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization to improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise from initiatives or from direct report teams
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Monitoring the flow of multi-platform communications to and from leadership
- Handle other day-to-day items while attending meetings on behalf of the executive leader to write notes for them and lead strategic planning processes across an organization.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with executives on special projects
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.
- Assist with integration configuration and testing processes for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels.
- Analyze and understand system specification and requirements of the clients, as well as system capabilities and limitation.
- Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding implementation and integration processes.
- Thoroughly track, organize, and document all implementation and testing related activities.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Handle mission critical projects including client integration support during the design, testing and user acceptance as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related fields
- 1+ years Financial Services industry experience
- 5+ years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as troubleshooting skills

Digital Solutions Consultant, AdvisoryWhat does an outstanding Digital Solutions Consultant do?
As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks. You will also analyze reports, working with Project/Implementation managers to clean up project reporting, ensuring project timelines are met, and assist with coordination of training that is needed on internal systems. You will lead Fiserv initiatives for the team, assisting with/making process decisions, documentation, and addressing risks and issues, as needed.
