  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a lead specialist on digital tools across multiple customer segments and divisions
  - Develop and deliver training materials for sales, marketing, and customers on digital products
  - Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to gather feedback and help define product roadmaps
  - Facilitate customer technology reviews and participate in business and culinary reviews
  - Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product rollouts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  - Strong organizational skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  - Ability to present effectively to small or large groups, both in-person and virtually
  - Self-starter with excellent time management skills
