What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier two troubleshooting assistance to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Timely resolution of problems while keeping customers informed of unresolved issues
- Collaborate with other analysts to resolve challenging technical issues
- Maintain application proficiency within assigned areas of responsibility
- Ensure ongoing support for relevant applications in architecture, design, and development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
- Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
- Application proficiency acquired in assigned areas of responsibility within 6 months
- Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of relevant applications
- Availability to work full-time during scheduled shifts, Monday to Friday

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Clinisys (Sunquest) applications
- Additional certifications related to the field or technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices
