NOV Wellbore Technology is setting up a technology centre in Kochi, India. Towards this we are looking for an experienced individual to be based in Kochi to take care of day-to-day functioning of the office, local compliance and employee engagement activities.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the NOV representative to supervise the initial setting up of the facility.
  • Office General Management and Administration: Including Facility management, Security, Housekeeping, Local statutory compliances.
  • Vendor Management: Identifying cost efficient and effective vendors for various services, maintain relationship with new vendors, proactive planning for back up vendors.
  • Liase with SEZ authorities as required for smooth functioning of the facility.
  • Assist local HR Team as required with recruiting and onboarding efforts.
  • Supports NOV branding initiatives, assists with job fairs and recruitment drives.
  • Helps department Managers with onsite creative employee engagement initiatives.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned for the efficient running of this Facility.

  Qualification and Experience:

  The candidate should be a Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in technology companies.

  Good computer skills, Microsoft office package

  Candidate should be familiar with all activities related to general office functioning and in particular a facility located within Special Economic Zone.

  Language: English, Local language skills will be an added advantage (not a must)
