Job Description

- Drive the implementation of all project-related design activities within a region (Europe) with specific regional or local requirements
- Identification of gaps between existing functionalities of the ZF ERP template and requirements of the ZF locations as well as development of ideas on how to close them
- Offering alternative solutions for the requirements of the plants within the process toolbox of the ERP template or organizational solutions in the plant
- Provision of information for the process management organization and the SAP development and configuration team regarding any necessary deviations from standard processes
- Implementation of key user training, main contact person for end-user training, test preparation and execution as well as guidance on data cleansing (incl. mapping, completion and validation) and all project-related questions
- Ensuring proper business processing in the first period after the SAP ERP template goes live
- Development opportunity with a focus on process expertise: Development of standardized SAP processes including x-functional coordination in areas such as inbound logistics, eWM, TM, production logistics, outbound logistics (requirements clarification, process design, documentation, testing, creation of training material)
- Degree in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable qualification as well as extensive experience in materials management processes in the automotive or industrial business
- Relevant functional SAP experience including the dependencies between processes in one or more SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM), consolidated experience in large SAP rollout projects desirable
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong empathy, resilience and intercultural competence
- Fluent written and spoken English skills as well as a high willingness to travel to various ZF locations within the Europe region

About the Team:
The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.
As part of the global rollout team, you will implement the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP template in a cross-functional and international team in ZF's production plants and national subsidiaries within Europe. In addition, you can participate with the team in improvements to existing logistics processes and actively shape them. The ZF location is freely selectable by you.
