- Lead the strategic and technical roadmap for the Asset Registry and Digital Twin capabilities.
- Implement innovative multi-technology integrated asset models and Digital Twins.
- Manage a globally distributed team of analysts and technology specialist partners.
- Manage relationships with strategic service and technology partners.
- Develop and implement standards and operating procedures around the collection, creation, and maintenance of asset models.
- Define, document, and manage effective team goals, OKR’s and KPIs.
- Align technical design with the Prologis architecture, security, integrations, networking, IOT, energy, sustainability, and advanced analytics standards as appropriate.
- Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution with service partners and internal teams as needed to quickly resolve customer and internal solution issues.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred and 5+ years of quantitative and qualitative analytical experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management. 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong project management, leadership, and people management skills to develop and implement data strategies that support business needs and priorities. Inspires and builds trust among team and internal and external stakeholders and demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Advanced data platform/technology and Microsoft Office skills/knowledge (i.e., Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Dataiku, data visualization.
- Experience or interest in working with Autodesk Revit BIM models and data integrations.
- Experience or interest in working with reality capture technologies including terrestrial or drone-based photogrammetry or lidar capture.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal). Fluent in English (spoken and written) additional language(s) a plus.
- Experience supporting large, global technology deployments, working with different cultures.
- Proven ability to quickly ramp-up on new and unfamiliar technologies to take on new solution designs and deployments
- Ability to travel globally up to 25% as company health and safety guidelines permit.

Position Summary:
We are looking for someone who is excited to participate in the rollout of a Digital Twin Program for global Prologis properties. As a Digital Twin Program Manager, you will be part of a global cross functional team creating and managing metadata and enriching real time information via a digital replica of our global portfolio of buildings. The Digital Twin allows us to better manage our properties and provides the fuel for asset management, data analytics, machine learning and other strategic initiatives. This role operates within the IT Property Technologies (PropTech) team, which supports the global technology footprint in Prologis properties. The ideal candidate must be creative and very collaborative, working with global colleagues, partners, and customers across multiple time zones.
As a Digital Twin Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing new technology services for Prologis internal stakeholders and Prologis customers. You will be leading a global strategic initiative to create, manage and evolve digital twins of our buildings and realize value from these models. You will be managing a global team and leveraging a variety of modern technologies including databases and data management tools, Building Information Models (BIM), 3D reality capture and data visualization tools. This role requires you to be excited about learning new skills and the ability to autonomously manage a distributed team. This position is based in our Denver, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona or San Francisco, California offices, but other Prologis office locations and remote/hybrid options will also be considered.

Hiring Salary Range of $120,000 - $156,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
