What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging technologies and hybrid work paradigms
- Provide technology advisory services to client executives in their digital workplace initiatives
- Drive integrated go-to-market strategies and industry solutions for clients
- Collaborate across multiple service offering domains, including employee experience platforms and workplace security
- Manage digital adoption and change management processes, including workplace analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, with consideration for work experience in lieu of a degree
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 10-16 years of IT experience
- Proficiency in at least two or more Digital Workplace Technology domains
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent analytical abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in program or portfolio management using Agile principles, preferably SAFe®
- Exceptional customer interfacing skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience as an Agile Practitioner, Product Manager, or equivalent role
