This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work at a Company facility at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required , and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
- Responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and business analytical skills to guide, support, and manage digital workplace capabilities across Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and digital signage platforms. Works in a collaborative environment leading projects, mentoring junior Team members, and contributing to research, design, development, documentation, testing, training, support, marketing, adoption, and governance tasks. Focuses on data-driven decision-making for intranet, enterprise social network, digital signage, and collaboration/productivity tool technology initiatives.
- Design, create, and manage our internal sites and online communities on intranet and collaboration platforms. This includes overseeing administration, user training, platform optimization, engagement strategies, data analysis, and ensuring the seamless operation of these technology-driven communication channels.
- Analyze customer-reported issues in the digital workplace platform. Identify root causes and research solutions for prompt resolution including creating documentation and providing training to enable first-level support teams while effectively managing escalations to established technology partners for complex issues.
- Exhibit expertise in internal communication, collaboration, and digital workplace strategies, including a keen understanding of their convergence. Apply cutting-edge developments that optimize and evolve technology-driven workplace solutions.
- Implement and deliver new technology services and applications, including leading requirements gathering, conducting thorough research, rigorous testing, and providing crucial support during the implementation phase to ensure successful deployment.
- Manage user and group access to supported applications while conducting research and analysis to make informed decisions about group creation, modifications, and access permissions within technology applications.
- Develop and present recommendations for continuous improvement of enterprise digital workplace platforms.
- Guide internal customers in effective utilization of the Company's Digital Workplace and associated applications. This includes providing guidance on best practices for content management, collaboration, productivity tools, internal social platforms, and digital signage solutions.
- Collaborate with technology partners to maintain the health of digital workplace platforms and introduce product enhancements that align with business requirements to enhance platform functionality.

- Advanced Knowledge of cloud computing to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale (includes servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence).
- Advanced Knowledge of the design of websites including user interface, user experience, authoring, search engine optimization, accessibility, and information architecture concepts
- Advanced Knowledge of making information usable, discoverable, manageable, and securable by applying information science to enterprise information environments to model and design for organizing, labeling, navigating, and searching Information
- Advanced Knowledge of how application user and group permissions work and how to manage and apply permissions to ensure application information is secure
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of alternative options, conclusions, or approaches and implement solutions
- Skilled in determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
- Ability to apply advanced knowledge and skills of analysis, business process, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definition, and testing to solve a range of problems
- Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
- Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events), and apply them to specific problems to produce logical solutions
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Digital Communications/Business
Support of productivity and collaboration, solutions, business workflow automation, corporate intranets, and/or digital sign systems
Preferred: Experience with M365 stack, d igital s ign technologies, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, w eb and i nformation a rchitecture design, i ntranets development, and s ocial p latform support
Preferred: Functional working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI platforms, JSON and HTML
Preferred: Experience with S harePoint f ramework

Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $97,750 - $108,600 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the
discretion of the company.
