- You’ll leverage Gen-AI to enhance workplace productivity, incorporating AI-powered automation, virtual assistants, and intelligent recommendations.
- You’ll deploy AI-driven analytics to predict and resolve digital friction points, improving DEX monitoring and response.
- You’ll implement AI-powered copilots for self-service IT support, reducing service desk load and improving resolution times.
- You’ll deliver AI-enhanced digital coaching programs to increase adoption of collaboration tools and upskill employees.
- You’ll ensure new applications and services are launched with robust digital adoption strategies and in-application guidance.
- You’ll drive continuous learning initiatives to maintain employee proficiency in key digital platforms.
- You'll explore and improve how employees digitally engage with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
- You’ll develop and maintain training materials to support digital workspace tools and best practices.
- You’ll work closely with business pillars to assess digital needs, challenges, and future workforce requirements.
- You’ll align digital adoption initiatives with measurable short-term and long-term business objectives.
- You’ll evangelise digital adoption within technology teams and across functions to build a culture of digital dexterity.
- You’ll define and track success criteria for digital adoption efforts, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
- You’ll collaborate with HR, Comms, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to understand workflow requirements and create tailored adoption strategies.
- You’ll lead the integration of AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
- You’ll evaluate and deploy AI-powered Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools to enhance digital workspace efficiency.
- You’ll drive AI adoption strategies to improve employee experience, including predictive issue resolution and intelligent assistance.
- You’ll act as deputy to the Digital Workspace Leadership Team as required.
- Travel: Travel most likely required during times to provide hands on training
- Significant experience in digital employee experience, workspace technology enablement, or related roles.
- Significant experience in coaching people to understand and utilise technology.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, Agents, RPA automation solutions, Office 365, and Gen-AI products.
- Experience implementing digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and measuring adoption success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology roadmaps.
- Expertise in change management frameworks and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with AI-powered collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI services.
- Expertise in guiding teams through digital transformation and adoption of new tools.
- Quick learner who can implement and utilize emerging technologies to improve digital dexterity.
- Strong ability to work across business functions and effectively communicate digital strategies.

- Knowledge of the UK Insurance industry (desirable)

We’re looking for a Digital Workspace Enablement Coach to play a pivotal role in enhancing digital employee experience (DEX), to improve digital dexterity, and drive application adoption and proficiency. You’ll be responsible for technical coaching, implementing and continuously refining in-application guidance to ensure employees effectively adopt, adapt to, and optimise the use of digital tools creating a seamless, empowering, and productive Digital Employee Experience.
You'll work closely with the business and IT teams, to coach, develop, and execute strategies to drive adoption of existing applications while preparing employees for seamless integration of new technologies. A core focus is leveraging Generative AI (Gen-AI) to optimise the business workflows, automate tasks, enhance collaboration, and improve IT support, ultimately reducing digital friction and improving business outcomes.
We value flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to work remotely or maybe you live within a commutable distance from one of our offices in Salford Quays, Manchester, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or Guernsey, and want to work in the office occasionally.
