      Information Technology Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities. Design information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. Under general supervision, collect and analyze information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system. Prepare flow charts, models, and procedures and conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions. Write system and configuration specifications so that when the system is implemented it will meet user needs. Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system. Resources data housed in Epic (demographics, insurance, building users records for what can be done with team members, nursing home records, NH Link records, provider enrollment for billing accuracy) This position will be Remote. Applicants must be located in the following states: NC, SC, GA, VA, AL, FL, NV, MI, WY, IN, LA, MS, MO, OK.

      Qualifications

      • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required.
      • Experience: Minimum of two years experience, Required. 2 years Epic Security Analyst or other Epic Analyst experience, Preferred.
      • Licensure/Certification: Obtain application systems certification. Pass all cert. with passign grade within three tries for each test or project.
      • Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully deal with a number of tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to communicate with technical teams, providers, leaders and end users. Creative and strong problem solving skills including the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Ability to research, test and implement solutions. Travel to NHmg practices and/or sites is required. Attendance of on-site meetings during and/or after hour times may be required. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed. Working knowledge of Epic PM and EHR. Experience with working with providers.
