      About the Role:

      The Dining Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents at Oaks at Towne Lake. This position involves setting up dining areas, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining space. The attendant will interact with residents, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any dietary needs or preferences. By fostering a welcoming atmosphere, the Dining Room Attendant contributes to the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents. Ultimately, this role is essential in promoting a positive dining experience that aligns with the values of health care services.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working in a health care or senior living environment.
      • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition.
      • Certification in food safety or sanitation.

      Responsibilities:

      • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.
      • Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
      • Assist residents with meal selection and provide information about menu items.
      • Monitor dining room activities to ensure residents are comfortable and address any concerns promptly.
      • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and communicate any special requests or needs.
